Deposits
All deposits are done online along with your digital contract. Receipts will be issued. All deposits are non-refundable.
Scheduling Appointments
When it's time for us to book your first fitting I'll send you a digital calendar to select your appointment time from. Each subsequent appointment will be scheduled while we're together. Reminders will sent by email. Missed appointments may not be able to be rescheduled, appointments cannot be transferred to other members of the bridal party without my clearance.
Children
My studio is not a child friendly space. If a young child is coming with you, that is not coming for an appointment of her own, please arrange to have another adult come as well so they can help watch the little one while we concentrate on your dress. There are too many sharp instruments and expensive white gowns in my space to fully child-proof it. My apologies for any inconvenience.
Accessibility / Mobile Fittings
I run a home based business and because of this my second floor studio is not fully accessible. I do offer mobile fittings for those that require them, for an additional fee. Fees are determined by the distance from my studio, amount of alterations to be performed and number of clients to be seen. This fee applies to each fitting appointment.
Insurance
The contents of my studio are fully insured. This includes your gown while it is in my possession.
Cancellations
All deposits are non refundable. Your deposit is used to hold your place in my calendar by event date. In the case of date change, I will do my best to accommodate your new date but this cannot be guaranteed. Should your event be cancelled after fittings have begun, payment for all work completed will be required before your gown is released back to you.
